Occasionally the idea of the next step in career comes easily and naturally – without effort. However, sometimes the question "What do I need to do to develop my career?" creates confusion. In such cases, it is worth bearing in mind that career choice is often a path consisting of different stages and specific stops – specific actions. In such cases, we recommend you to postpone the final decision about the necessary action for a while and to focus on cognitive issues. Self and world exploration and conclusions naturally create a vision of desirable career path and concrete steps to be taken.
